The Banana Oat Cookies:

  • are free from any refined sugars
  • can be made gluten-free
  • can be made nut-free
  • can be frozen


What you will need:

75g finely chopped dates
3 mashed & over ripe bananas
100g walnuts or seeds (I like sunflower seeds the best)
125g oats (use gluten-free for any allergies/gluten intolerances)
1tsp vanilla essence
2-3 Tbs oil (I use coconut)

What to do:

Combine ingredients, shape into patties, flatten then bake at 200C for 16-20 mins.
