This hot chocolate is:

  • seriously easy
  • contains no added sugars or syrups
  • is rich and satiating
  • helps reduce cravings


What you will need:
¼ tsp cinnamon
1.5 tbsp cacao
1 cup nut mylk (I love hazelnut)
½ tsp mushroom powder (e.g Reishi/Chaga/Shiitake)
Pinch of sea salt
Optional sweetener if you need it

What to do:
Mix the powders with a little water to form a paste. Add warmed frothy milk & enjoy!
