My Professional Training

I have completed an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Occupational Psychology. I worked for 15 years within the public sector supporting adults with a range of health conditions to gain and sustain employment through cognitive testing, and by employing a range of psychological therapies. I have completed training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Time-Line Therapy to Master-Practitioner level, and Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). I also specialise in diagnostic testing for Dyslexia, Irlen Syndrome screening, and am a Dyslexia Coach.

My passion is in nutrition and the impact it has on health, well-being and it’s role in preventing disease. I have therefore completed a range of accredited courses in nutrition with The Health Sciences Academy and I am a health and well-being coach.

Although I focus on working with breast cancer patients, I can and do work with a variety of cancer patients. I also work with children and adults with a range of health concerns and any associated psychological conditions.
